Dr. Prem Kalra (Ph.D. EPFL Switzerland):
Chairman
Dr. Kalra is the the Chairman of and main technical driving force behind KritiKal SecureScan. He is presently an Associate professor at IIT-Delhi (Computer sciences and engineering). He has worked extensively in the areas of 3D visualization, image based rendering, human modeling & animation, and virtual reality. Before joining IIT-D, he worked at MIRA Labs, Geneva. Has extensive experience in developing and working with complex graphic packages. Dr. Kalra is also a Director in KritiKal Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Dr. Subhashis Banerjee (Ph.D. IISc Bangalore):
Chief Mentor
Dr. Banerjee is a Professor at IIT-Delhi (Computer sciences and engineering). He is the Technical mentor with KSS. His work includes computer vision, image-based modeling and rendering, and real-time embedded systems. Has acted consultants to various companies in India and Abroad. Presently, he is the Head of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, IIT Delhi.

 

 

Kapil Bardeja
Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer
Kapil is a graduate in pharmaceutical sciences from Delhi University and M.B.A from IIT-Delhi. He has prior work experience of sales and marketing with a French multinational, Aventis Pasteur and a short stint at McKinsey & Co. before joining KritiKal Group as part of the core team. In August 2005 Kapil co-founded KritiKal SecureScan, a subsidiary of KritiKal Solutions. He is responsible for day to day operations of the company. Kapil hobbies include reading and Trekking in Himalayas.

Anoop G Prabhu
Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer
Anoop Prabhu did completed his Bachelors and Masters from IIT Delhi, where he majored in Computer Science and specialised in the area of Image Processing and Computer Vision. While studying at IITD, the seeds of entreprenuership were sparked and he cofounded KritiKal Solutions in August 2002, with the objective of providing technocommercial solutions in the areas of Embedded Systems and Computer Vision. In August 2005 he cofounded KritiKal Securescan with the objective of providing solutions for the Vehicle Security domain. Anoop heads the technical activities at KSS.

Amit Goyal
Director
Mr. Amit Goyal is the Managing Director of "AG Venture Capital (P) Ltd."(AGV). AGV is a India specific fund with a mandate to invest in Technology start-ups in the area of ICT, Biotech and Nanotechnology. Mr. Goyal is a Chemical Engineer by graduation and is also the Managing partner of "A.P.Engineering" OEM supplier to Automobile Manufacturers.

 

 

 

S Mukherjee
Vice President: Sales and Marketing

Sudipta Mukherjee is a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from IT-BHU. He has a vast experience of more than 22 years in selling Capital Engineering & IT/Hardware products with some very prestigious organizations like Larsen & Toubro, Escorts & HCL Infosystems, before joining KSS as Head of Sales & Marketing. Sudipto's major hobbies include reading, photography, classical music, driving and traveling; besides an occassional venture into the kitchen.
